Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policies

It is the studio’s discretion to reschedule or cancel workshops should unforeseen circumstances or events occur beyond the studio’s control. 
 
Class commence with a minimum of 2pax in the case where you are just 1pax (email dirtyhandsonly@gmail.com and we might be able to fit you in)
 
Rescheduling requests received more than 10 days before your class will be subject to availability. 

Rescheduling less than 10 days: If a rescheduling request is approved, a $15/pax administrative fee per pax will be imposed by the studio.
 
Reschedules requests received less then 1 week before your class will not be entertained at all, regardless of circumstances.
 
Cancellation of class 2weeks upon date of class will forfeit entire booking amount. Cancellation more than 2 weeks will bear a $10/pax admin charge.
Cancellation/ reschedules on the day of class will not be entertained regardless circumstances.
 
No-shows/late for classes are considered as attended and booking cannot be refunded/rescheduled/postponed.

 

Studio Space & Attire

All tools and aprons are provided so just come inspired!

Advisable to cut your nails if it’s long as it affects you session on the wheel.

Final vessels will be ready in 2months. We’ll be in touch when it’s ready.
